Return Policy

  1. Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  2. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at apogeesindia2018@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include this RMA number with your returned item.

  3. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  5. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team.

  6. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% may be applied to returns that are not due to our error.

  7. Missing or Damaged Items: If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within a day of receipt to report the issue.

  8. Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take 7 days to process. The processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
